Pre-Order & Sustainability

Sustainability is a founding element of TAGATONNA Athletic Design Lab’s identity. By adopting a pre-order-only approach, this model enables us to produce garments based solely on confirmed customer orders, reducing waste associated with unsold inventory and overproduction. We recognize the responsibility we bear towards the environment and future generations, and we strive to make a positive impact through conscious choices of fabrics used for every garment.

Design

Every design supports the unique needs of practitioners, from breathable fabrics that allow full range of motion to functional details like high waistbands for stability during core work. This synergy between design and expertise ensures that TAGATONNA's activewear not only performs well during workouts but also aligns with the aesthetics and versatility demanded by modern fitness enthusiasts.

YOGA & PILATES Community

We partner with the Yoga and Pilates community to craft apparel that meets the real-world needs of practitioners and instructors. By engaging directly with the community through workshops, feedback sessions, and collaborative design projects, TAGATONNA gains valuable insights into the functionality, fit, and style preferences essential for these disciplines.

Step 1

Innovative Design Development

Our design team's process is a symphony of creativity and precision that involves Intricately detailed technical sketches capturing every nuance of our vision. We produce Tailor-made Trim Packs, featuring bespoke labels, zippers, and embellishments.A curated palette of colors and materials is chosen to create a cohesive aesthetic.

Step 2

Fabric selection

We have access to an extensive library of sustainable and high-performance materials from the world’s leading mills to match our design vision. TAGATONNA uses moisture-wicking, breathable, and recycled materials.

Step 3

Sampling and Prototyping

Numerous samples are created to assess design, fit, and function. The design team can then refine iterations featuring more polished details and trims. After that, wearer trials are done to test the prototypes to ensure comfort, durability, and performance during yoga/pilates. Last but not least, size set sampling is conducted to ensure a perfect fit across all sizes using standardized grading.

Step 4

Pre-Production Perfection

Pre-production samples gives the team a sneak peek of the final product. Rigorous quality checks are done to ensure every detail is flawless and ready for bulk production.
